Dave Massicotte, a digital art veteran, and Miriam Bard-Dumont, an expert in communications, founded Noctura in August 2017. Combining a high level of strategic insight with a remarkable capacity to deliver, it did not take time for the studio to make its mark into Quebec’s techno-creative ecosystem.
Noctura brings together the skills and experience acquired within the greatest multimedia studios, with the agility of a smaller agency. It’s a creative, fresh and accessible team located in Quebec City.

Miriam Bard-Dumont, President and Co-Founder
Miriam brings 17 years of experience in project management, marketing and communications. Before co-founding Noctura, she occupied key positions for organizations including CBC, the advertising agency Brad, the City of Edmonton, Alberta Innovates - Technology Futures, NATIONAL Public Relations, and the animation studio Squeeze. Miriam has a Bachelor in Communication and a Master in Political Science. Her creativity and energy are highly contagious.

Before co-founding Noctura, Dave made his mark as a resourceful producer and R&D director in renowned studios such as Ubisoft, Eidos Montreal, and Moment Factory. With a visionary approach of technology, Dave carried out numerous successful projects that remain, for the industry, a reference in terms of innovation. Imaginative, he creates digital experiences combining technology, art, and interactivity.
